They look great Noona - here's some more. I'll attach the ones of the prep room as soon as the board limit allows me to!

Hey Richard!
On the island sink units do they have 240V power for heating mantles?

You'll have to ask Noona - they're her labs.

Hey Noona your new rooms look great. Are they just labs or are they half wet and half dry. I'm asking because we are getting half/half.

Thanks for the photos Noona, It's good to see what the new labs are going to look like.

One teacher ( they are never satisfied) asked did I have a picture of the dry teaching areas as they are comcerned about fittinfg 30 kids in the area.

The thing I noted was there was storage areas under each/most benches so I can still put class sets of tripods, bunsens etc in each lab rather than having to supply them whenever they are needed.

Hi Cindy
Yes half wet half dry and the teachers love them as the kids can't play with the taps
The kids are much better in the dry part as they have nothing to distract them

I agree about the colour. Bright and cheery. I'm jealous. Mine looks so dingy. :-({|=

Hi Julie
The prep room was dark & dingy before the makeover
What a shame they would not do the other 3 Prep rooms
We are going to do them with a lot of help from our GA we have guttered one prep room and will transform it in to a store room come prep room and when we get the other prep rooms back (after they finish the other labs) we will transform them .
It will take some time but we will paint them all the same Yellow so they will be nice and light.

WOW Noona!
Do you think if we all sent in pictures of very sad looking prep rooms someone would grant the ugliest with a makeover?
Or am I the only one with a very sad looking prep room?
Love the light -I'm definitely a yellow person.
Cheers,

Thanks Noona, your prep room looks clean and tidy and I don't like yellow but for a new prep room I don't care. I am really excited after having seen a finished product..

I was already very excited that we were getting un upgrade :w00t: but the photos have made me more excited :w00t: :w00t: and are helping me get in that clean out mood. They look great and it would be so much easier working in a new and clean clutter free prep room. I cant wait.
When anyone else get there upgrade started or even told of a start date would love to hear about it.
