seedlings for terrariums

I am not much of a botanist so I am hoping one of you can let me know what sort of seedlings I should buy for yr 7 students to make a terrarium! Have any of you done this? I did a search on here and didn't come up with anything. It's from Core Science 4.

It depends on what they want to do with the terrarium - will there be animals in there? This from google:
