Electron Beam Deflection Tube - repairable?

Hi all,

We have an Electron Beam Deflection Tube in which the fluorescent plate has become detached inside the tube.

Its a 3B Scientific #50013. It appears in otherwise good condition and I would hate to have to dispose of it, they can't be cheap!! However I think it'd be pretty hard to repair as its an evacuated tube. I've emailed 3B but they are in the US, and I can't seem to find any Australian suppliers.

Anyone know a local supplier, or have any other ideas?
