Re: 0.0001M HCI
No...I Just made this up for one of my teachers experiment.. I diluted a 0.5m down to make it.. basically its about 3 drops into 999.98ml of water as i was making a Litre...the correct dosage for diluting a 0.5m is 0.2ml, but if you are making it straight from 32% HCL it is 0.009ml..Hope this helps

Re: 0.0001M HCI
No is the short answer. 0.0001M HCl is a much more dilute concentration than 0.1M. How much do you need to end up with? I'll do the calculations and let you know. For example, if you need 100mL of 0.0001M HCL, take 1mL of 0.1M HCl and add to 9mL distilled water to create 10mL of 0.01M HCl. Do this twice more, and dilute the last 10mL with 90mL distilled water. You now have 100mL of 0.0001M HCl. Anyhow, get back to me with the final volume required and I'll put up the steps for you.
