How can we dispose off Barium Chloride and Lead Nitrate?

Barium waste 41
Add Sodium carbonate Solid, stir & pour the mixture into the waste jar of Barium. When settled, the clear solution may be decanted & washed down the sink. Keep the salts at the bottom for pick up.
Lead Waste 39
Add sodium carbonate Solid, to waste, pour into bottle, when clear down the sink to waste. Again a small lead salt will remain on the bottom.

That is how I deal with all the heavy metal wastes - keep the solids after they have settled
