Hello.....

Can someone please let me know how long we can keep an MSDS? Is it 5 years?

Do we need to update every year?

SDS (was MSDS) have to be updated every 5 years.

Specifically, they are only valid for five years from the date of issue. Most workplaces would check them annually - updating the out of date ones as you go.
