I was wondering if anyone had bought burettes recently that they are happy with. I'm also looking to buy some large (1L) volumetric flasks. I found an older post of people frustrated with poor quality equipment so I'm not alone! I would rather spend the extra and get something that will last. I also get annoyed with companies that supply something that looks very different to their photo on their website.
Appreciate some feedback. Thanks.

Thanks girls - Westlab were out of stock of the ones my boss wanted so I have ordered some from Serrata. I'll keep your comments in mind for next time.

So pleased with our new burettes from westlab, yes the ones with removable tips, one of the tips just will not stay on. Any one else had this problem?

Should have a tiny O-ring at the top of the tip, where it goes inside the orange holder bizzo.
If not, give them a call. I bought a few extra tips last time I bought burettes, as part of the Irish solution, You know - to be sure, to be sure!

Success! I attached the burette to the clamp and soaked the tip in water overnight. It is now clear!

Which Burettes from Westlab? Interchangeable stopcocks seem a good idea.
