Hi All
We have just received a new batch of calcium hydroxide from Chem Supply to make up Limewater. It is a hazardous chemical (stated on its label) and also a dangerous good stated in the SDS. The SDS says it is corrosive but the bottle does not have a corrosive diamond on the label Why is this?

Where did you buy it from? If it is outside of NSW, they do not have to put labels on Silform is one company. Some states are not using the CSIS.

Just looked up ghs labeling and it SHOULD have red" DANGER" and corrosive diamond.
GHS should apply to all states.
