Chemwatch problems

Post by glenpaul »

Hi
Is anyone else having trouble logging onto Chemwatch. We were ok up until last week but now it says our Username and Password are incorrect.

I have the same problem. We had been using chemgold and last term changed over to chemFFX and I had no problem using my old names, but this week cannot log on.
Our school received email saying all schools have to change to chemFFX, but we had done that months ago. I have contacted AIS but had no answer as yet.

On the 14th the AIS changed independent schools over to the 'new' version of chemwatch. I am still waiting for my IT guys to give me the new web address, log on should then be the same.
Did you get any notification about it? it should have gone to your principal/ management.
I am not looking forward to working with it from all I have heard.
Let us know how you get on

Hi
Thanks for all your comments. We have gained access by using "Superbug" response.(thanks very much!) New address and a new look and we used the word administrator for the middle line on the new look login page.
We were told last week that it is to change but that we could use the same login. I am sure we will hear more from our manager.

Not all Catholic schools in the Wollongong Diocese were informed of the changeover to FFX nor the change of username and password. There was also a glitch in the program. It took t-i-m-e to fix but all good now. Perhaps you have the same problems.
