From my notes,
Ammonia 28% to make a 1M solution 68 mls Ammonia concentrate made up to 1Litre with 932 ml water
From "The Laboratory" Ammonia 29% 56ml made up to 1Litre for 1M

Therefore to make a 0.1M you would need about 6.8 mls made up to 1 Litre.
I would probably make up a small quantity of 1M and dilute from there.

I have made a notation in my recipe book that different sources of reference have slightly different figures but for the purpose of school chemistry these differences don't matter.
Protect your eyes and avoid breathing fumes when using concentrated ammonia.

57ml of Ammonia at 30% should be ok.
