serrata

Post by RosalieM »

Does anyone know what has happened to Serrata? I can't get on their website and when I try to google it they don't appear in the list! Has anyone else had any trouble/success with them in the last few days?

I have Serrata in my list of favourites. It took a long time to come up but eventually did.
The webpage looks to have been redone

I still can't get on... If you have time, (and only if you have time) would you please PM me their email address? I have not had any replies to the emails I have sent and want to check I have the right address. Thanks,

I was talking to Bill at Serrata this morning about an outstanding order - he didn't mention any problems, only that he was very very busy. A really nice guy who is always very helpful.

Yes, I have always found them to be very helpful and friendly when I've rung them in the past. I really want to get my order in soon though.

Bill was telling me they had a major crash in their system, and have been working so long to bring it back up, it just kept crashing. Any way I do believe all is well now, and back to normal.
