Risk Assess archiving

Does anyone know if you can easily archive from the risk assess program in bulk? e.g. not just saving every RA individually

Not sure. I keep the print outs from each RA, and print out a weekly schedule each week and archive that. I would much prefer to save electronic files and save space and paper!

Best to email them as I'm not sure if you can. During the year, I print out a signed copy of the risk assessment and also save a copy to a file on my computer. I then save this to our intranet so everyone has a copy. Oops, I mean, that's what I intended to do at the end of the year #-o . May be a first thing in 2018 job now :D

At the end of each day I sign and save the RA's into a file labelled the current year ... NO PAPER here ... and then end of year they are saved onto 3 thumb drives, one for science, one for whs and one for archives ...
With thanks Kate :coffee:
