Advice please re NR bottles cracked in Chemstore.

Post by lizzieb »

Hi Brains Trust. I need your help with this one!

Today I found a bottle of Calcium Chloride cracked and liquid spread across a NR chemical bay.

While cleaning up the mess, I noticed a bottle of Potassium Carbonate with a crust around the lid, and discovered a bottle of that cracked as well.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Cheers,
Liz

That is weird! have you had an earthquake? or a big mouse jumping around your shelves.... are they really old bottles form Gov Stores? maybe they are past their use-by dates..

We have had a cracked plastic container of Calcium Chloride in our chemstore, but no cracked glass.

Maybe some of your boys are learning opera and really reached the high notes Lizzie?? :wink2: :giggle:
