Where is the best place to purchase a good electrophoresis kit and will we be able to replenish the chemicals each year?

We get all our stuff from Steve Garrett at Bio-Tek (biotek.com.au). Prompt service and can get extra chemicals or ready made kits at reasonable prices.

Morning everyone,
Looking at purchasing a Electrophoresis kit with dual power pack, Agarose and buffer from Stemreactor. Wondering if anyone has purchased or has had dealings with Stemreactor. Around $1200.00 to set up.

We already had the chambers, but we bought the power pack, agarose and buffer from Stemreactor. We found them excellent to work with. Jeanette came down to give a workshop to our HOD. We used it for Yr7's, Yr 10 & Yr11's during Science week. The teachers found it easy to use and the students were very engaged.

Hi, we are looking at purchasing ours from Southern Biological. Similar setup cost to Stemreactor from the looks of things... any suggestions about the best suppliers for these?

Our chambers were from Southern Bio. They can only hold one gel at a time. I don't know if they sell another option. The Stemreactor chambers can hold about 6? gels at a time.

We get that kit every year and it usually goes well. All necessary equipment and instructions included.
