Did a bad, bad thing....lol

Post by linotas »

HOD comes to have a chat today. We have the unique situation where the HOD of science is always the HOD of Maths as well. So this year the science HOD does not actually teach any science. Anyway I digress.

In our monthly chat this morning, I let it known that I can extract data on risk access s to who has ordered pracs. So he got me to extract each teachers data. Now at our school the only way you can order a prac is through risk assess...no risk assessment then no prac request. I know for a fact one of the teacher is doing every prac I have set up for another teacher but he is not putting in in RA. Another teacher has only done 3 pracs all year.

He is now armed with the data to take to their science meeting (on a day I do not work)

Oops, my bad :cheesy:

I did a similar thing as I have a teacher who shirks his pracs. I have a running prac list on the wall above my computer with the year level, subject and teacher. We can all see the slackers now.
