Post by Matt_Coffs »

I have a copy of "Laboratory Technicians Standards Draft" that is dated 16th August 2011. Does anyone know if this has gone any further?

Just Google - School science laboratory technicians national standards 2013 - that was the latest edition put out. As to whether any school administration has looked at it and started to implement what is in there is another thing altogether.

The latest draft is from 2013.
The National association, SETA, will be working on a strategy to have these formally endorsed by the relevant bodies. Don't hold your breath as this will be a lengthy process.
Will keep you posted
