Melded I've had two do that . One was shorted rectifier diodes and the other shorted OVP zener diodes. You can buy the bits from IEC . But as a DoE school are we in our rights to trust what RiskAssess says or are we still bound to interpret the CSIS as best we can .
I'm still thinking about RiskAssess but if we can't be guided by it ( due to having CSIS ), is there any point .
