Another way is to strain yoghurt through muslin and collect the whey. I do it at home so I can eat the resulting curd....make good labne!

RiskAssess has the solid as Yr11/12 but solutions as Yr 7-12.
I think it was part of a prac in the old chem curriculum??

We always use the yeast-H2O2-detergent one as it's safer for everyone and clean up is easier for me.
What is the student going to study via this experiment? If it was one of ours, I'd probably accuse him/her of a non serious attempt!!
