We use the piglet also,and the students are more engaged than with the rats.

When doing pracs all students wear lab coats 7 -12. When junior students visit they also wear them.

Could it be the search engine you are using. I have the same problem at work but not usually at home. I use Firefox or Chrome at home on a Mac. At work I use Firefox but on a PC.
