I will hang in there - as with you, I have been a lab tech for a lifetime - worked in industry (thats where you learn to work) with a Chemistry Cert.- I do like my job but hate the last minute needs of people who are paid twice my wage!

I would love to know how many casual positions are out there for qualified lab techs for more than 1week at a time.
