A few years back I did 'School Assistant- in Science' as a follow on to Cert IV Lab Techniques, through TAFE, I am sure it was a Cert III, that was in '04.

I have only seen the bone on the beaches here. Arent they a type of squid? maybe the local fish markets or similar would be able to get it for you.

Hi Rita, The only skull we have here is a pig, which I found in a tree actually, lol. We had quite a few feral pigs near where I live and they were hunted/baited, and gotten rid of, so someone put a skull in a tree, for me :thumbup: . We got rid of our stools too, kids left them all over the place, then it becomes an OH&S prob, we only have 1 for the teachers to use.

Not sure if this will help, but I got all the'old' TV trolleys (they are called'Tuffy' trolley)in the school. We use Peptone broth, 1teaspoon peptone/ 100mL water

Yep definately , try the free trial if you are still unsure. Havent found any glitches, only some equipment has different/alternate name to what I use, and I have to search for it

Science Supply Australia have solution 100mL $36.30. They can be SLOW delivering , but I have looked at my other suppliers and they are the only ones who sell it in solution.

I do my stocktake around mid year, no one has said it needs to at a particular time, so it gets done when convenient, same as other. I also send a copy to our Business Manager and HOD.
