HI Gwen,
I am currently cleaning up my test tubes, I also use 3m HCl and leave them overnight. This solutions works for several applications, just pour it our into a beaker and then refill your next load of test tubes.

I use Volumetric flasks and to extract the 20ml from the previous pH I use a 20ml Pipette then transfer it to the volumetric flask.

Copper sulphate
marble chips
Plaster of Paris
This works great for us.
A tip is when almost set make an indent into the size squares that youwant and this makes for much easier breaking when it has set.

Hi there , we have now all learnt how everyone stores there Test Tubes now can someone please tell me what is the best way to store the Electrical wires with Aligator clips. These are my worst nightmare .

I am trying to replace a poster of the Periodic Table of Elements and it has pictures of each element - can not find a supplier with these posters. Everywhere has the normal Periodic Table but not with the pictures. Our old one came from Time Life but they no longer have them.
