Re: help

I think it might be the 'Site Specific Risk Assessment' (SSRA). It's a form that's in the original folders. I can't find it on line in the Chemical Safety in School website. If you can get the folders, look in the 'workplace training module' figure 1.5-4 page 17/18. This form is used if a teacher wa...

Contact the Work, Health & Safety consultant for your area. They should be able to find out the regulations for this.

I ordered a number of different items and only received about half. As they run out of stock they can't fill the order. That was at the end of October.

Separating Funnels

What do you use as liquids to separate in the separating funnels? One teacher uses oil which is very difficult to clean out and another uses kerosene which smells. Any ideas welcome.

Yes you do for the faculty and whole school register. You still only need the mini for classroom use.

Re: chemwatch TODAY

The reason you can't access the SDS Rae is that the company who put out the chemical hasn't given permission for Chemwatch to use the SDS. You have to fill in the field, send it to Chemwatch and they approach the company to get permission to display it.

Re: What the ....!!!!????????

It's just a red bellied black snake about 60mm long, making it's way from under the compactus to the classroom door. Luckily I had a butterfly net nearby (don't ask) a...
