Re: GHS labels
does anybody know if the user codes (coloured dots) for the school labs have changed at all? I am slowly changing the labels as needed & wondered if the user codes have changed.

Re: MSDS
thank you labbie, i appreciate the feedback. We are coming up for our registration & I am sooo stressed out. I am trying to learn everything in 1 hit and do not cope too well with intense pressure. i was going to do msds for made up chemicals so that has taken the pressure off.

Re: MSDS
This is not for the class pracs. I am in the process of doing the MSDS for the whole chemical store, and am not sure what happens with the made up chemicals.

Flammable cupboard
Hi everyone
I have been given the go ahead to buy a flammable cupboard and a corrosive cupboard.
After a lot of research, I have found they are quite expensive.
Our Business Manager has asked me to source out secondhand cupboards if I can.
Does anyone know where I can buy these secondhand?
Thanks

Re: Dishwashers - yes i know it has been done before BUT
Hi all
welcome back for yet another term. I don't even feel as if I have had a break, I was soooooooooo busy.
Anyway does anybody know of any funding for the dishwashers in the labs. There was some talk earlier on, but haven't been able to find anything out.
thanks Linda

Thank you that is a big help, as I wasn't sure if I should keep them or throw them out.
We can't afford to replace them either.

USE BY DATES
Hi Everyone
Just wondering, how do I find out use by dates for chemicals that have been made up.
Am not sure how long we can keep them. We have some that go back to the 90's
