Hi just want to ask, when you store your separating funnels and quick fit glassware, do you grease it before you store it or as you bring it out to use.
just has esters done and no glassware was greased and luckily i have only 1 condensor and flask stuck together. Cheers

Hi, i am try to neutralise hcl before pouring it down the sink - i have added NaOH - but it has gone the wrong way and has gone to ph11 - how do i bring it back to ph7 for safe disposal. thanks

Is it safe to rinse the droppers in 1mol hcl to clean out the NaOH, and still use them in the NaOH. I think that they might be some wax in the droppers and bottles, i have tried washing in water to no avail
