The School Science Laboratory Technicians National Standards 2013 has guidelines on the service factor level of our position/role etc....an excellent document.

Our Catholic school has been upgraded From Chemwatch to Chemgold 3
I'm unable to logon to ChemFFX and Backpack, these are the lesser of Chemgold3
and our manifest has been tranferred over to Chemgold3
