Re: Automatically Logging Out
Since I joined chemtalk I've always been logged out even when clicking remember me.
I've tried internet explorer, chrome and edge, they all do it even after clearing cookies.
Don't know what the problem is

Thanks, yeah we've tried that. Both ways it doesn't work, and I forgot to mention the wheel does spin easily, so not sure what the problem is yet.
thanks for your help though!

Re: dynamo
Hello!
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this dynamo?
We've checked the LED's and the bulb, they work, and the connections from the contacts work. So no issue with the wiring from there.
We're thinking it's maybe the magnet or copper in there?
Thanks!

Hi Brains trust!
We have 2 of these transformers and when connected they keep saying overload. We've tried changing the fuse in the back but no luck.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!

Re: Annual Chemical Stock Take
DoE school. Yes that makes sense, thank you. I'm only here 2 days a week to help the full time labbie. And I've been told everyone is too busy to get it done and I'm here to go collect the details. Before I was here I the labbie told me she would email them and ask for their stocktake but they'd be ...

Re: Annual Chemical Stock Take
Hi all, Just wondering if any of you have been asked to do a chemical stocktake for the entire school? Or do you just record science? I've been trying to find some information on this but can't find anything other than forums but I have read somewhere that you don't need to record the chemical if it...

Re: Limewater
Hi
this might be a dumb question, but I followed the instructions in 'the laboratory', so when the solution settles am I meant to decant that liquid into a bottle? or just do it now when its a milky colour?
thanks!

Re: Phenolphthalein Agar
Heya.
If using the dropper trays (or any trays), does the agar come out easily enough or does it stick to the edges?
Thanks

Re: egg membrane
Hey,
Just wondering. I've had the eggs in from the beginning of the day, how long does the process usually take to complete?
And is it bad if I leave them in the fridge still in the vinegar over the weekend to complete? Or will this just further break them down?
Thanks!
