hi Tania I had a lot of trouble with water stills. So I bought a water deioniser -Vertex from Serrata ,there is other companies as well and this can be hooked up to the tap and you instantly get water.the cartridges last 6-12 months I tried buying the waterfrom woolworths but I was going through too...

there is a maintenance company that go around the schools and fix broken equipment.I have a big box of stuff to fix but havent quite had the time to book them.
