Spotting Plates

Hi All,
Would anybody be able to tell me where I could purchase Clear Glass Spotting Plates(used to check for precipitations).Crown does have @$32 each with min of 18 purchased. To pricey. We do have plastic and porcelain ones, but clear ones, not necessary glass.
Thanking you in anticipation.

Re: cleaning/fixing bunsens

Hi Rosalie,
Remember the DET "WORKING IN SCIENCE" Book. It is wonderful. Has a DVD of just about everything we do in the lab.,so you can SEE how to do everything. Non DET schools are also able to purchase this at about $225. Wonderful investment.

Re: Chemwatch Issues

Hi Andrew

If you cannot find a chemical on the chemwatch site, you can email them and ask them to put the chemical you want onto the site.I was told this at a course run by them in Sydney.
Good luck
Gail :-)
