I do my chemical stocktake at the end of the year when it is the activity week(no Pracs this week). I then hand a copy the our St John First Aid Officer who keeps all manifests in a file .

I usually ask for 48 hours but last year a Graduate gave all the Yr 11 & 12 Chemistry Pracs for the YEAR!!!!! That put everyone on notice, for about a week.
