Some schools have oxidizing chemicals in a cabinet & others don't. Just wondering if we are required by law to keep them in a cabinet or not.

Can someone please tell me where is the best place to buy acid cabinet from?
I need to replace ours because there is acid vapour running down its door. I have been told this is very dangerous.
I only have 1L hcl & 1L H2SO4 in it.

The teacher's recipe was 1% sol. using agar powder & tap water. Heat & stir until clear. Pour into mould with something in it to create wells & let it set. I thank you for your help.
